Downtown Trains with a passageway to Uptown Trains

Turn left at the Oculus entrance towards Greenwich Street

Cross Greenwich Street at the crosswalk and then turn right

Cross Fulton Street and head straight, past PAC NYC

Go down the 1-Train entrance beside the back of the PAC NYC building
