Elevator 23: C1 Balcony Level, Down

Leave the elevator lobby and turn left by the security desk

Go between the escalators to the Oculus balcony and turn left

Head along the balcony until you get to the elevator

Continue towards the elevator

Take the elevator down to the Oculus floor
