Wellness Wednesday Terms & Conditions

By participating in this event, I agree to the following:
  1. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my physician prior to and regarding my participation in any fitness activity, including this event. l represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in this event.

  2. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which l might incur because of my participation in this event.

  3. I will be responsible for all personal items and will not hold the studio or their instructors and the hosting facility or any of its employees or host venues responsible for said effects in the events of loss or theft.

  4. I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE World Trade Center / Port Authority, Barry's, Pure Barre, CorePower Yoga, and Orangetheory Fitness, its owners, organizers, instructors, employees, and host venues from any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in their classes, events, workshops, or other activities. By taking part in this event or other activities, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, events, workshops, or other activities.

  5. I agree to be added to the World Trade Center campus and selected studios mailing lists and receive occasional email communications notifying me of coming events and activities or other information. I understand that I may unsubscribe anytime.

  6. I hereby grant World Trade Center campus permission, in perpetuity, to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to: marketing communication material, videos or online material, social media campaigns, or web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I hereby authorize Barry's, Pure Barre, CorePower Yoga, and Orangetheory Fitness to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these images for any lawful purpose and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of such images. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever dischargeBarry's, Pure Barre, CorePower Yoga, and Orangetheory Fitness and the venue from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

  7. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID19 exists in any public place where other people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness, disability and death. BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE PORT AUTHORITY OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY, PORT AUTHORITY TRANS-HUDSON CORPORATION, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMISSIONERS, SUPERINTENDENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, INCLUDING ALL LIABILITIES, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THIS EVENT.

  8. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content, and I am legally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
