Elevator 23: L1 Street

Take the Fulton Street exit towards the Oculus, turn right after the doors.

Head down Fulton Street towards the 9/11 Memorial

Turn left at Greenwich Street, cross Fulton Street and head past the Oculus

Continue straight, go past 3 WTC towards Cortlandt Way

Turn left at Cortlandt Way and enter through the doors on your left

Take elevator 19 or 20 down to C1 Balcony Level or C2 Oculus Main Level
